segments:
Incoming raw material requires analysis of the
natural microflora before it can be integrated
into the manufacturing process
During Food processing, microorganisms can be destroyed (heating process,..) or by stress
For some Food processing, microorgansims are added to the process (fermentation,…)
The Ecosystem of the end product is screens including spoilage & pathogen microorganisms and Toxins
Environmental contamination can happen troughout the process via Air, Surfaces or People.
