That's why the 3M™ Nexcare™ First Aid range has been developed. The range includes a variety of breathable film plasters and tapes for wet and dry conditions, as well as products suitable for different skin and wound types.
Cold Therapy
Cold and Hot Therapy

Cold and hot therapy is an excellent way to help ease pain and speed up recovery. For a convenient way to apply cold and hot therapy, use the following products:

  • 3M™ Nexcare™ Reusable Cold Pack which is a gel-filled pillow and can be used on any part of the body.
  • 3M™ Nexcare™ Reusable Cold/Hot Pack which is a gel filled pillow which has a dual function, i.e. can be used hot or chilled in your freezer to an ice-cold temperature or heated in a microwave oven for soothing heat.
  • 3M™ Nexcare™ Instant Cold Pack which is designed with a foam insulating layer which activates instantly.
