Adhesive Performance:
Etching, Priming, Bonding in seconds Working with Adper Prompt L-Pop means: Simply 'Squeeze, Fold over, Squeeze'. The adhesive is then immediately ready for application into the cavity. A visible control indicates whether or not the L-Pop system has been activated adequately.
New indication: Adhesive for pit & fissue sealants and desensitisation of open root surfaces.
One Step System:
- Activation control: Visible control indicates whether or not the L-Pop system has been adequately activated. By pressing the larger top chamber properly, the bulge from the second chamber pops up

- Excellent Adhesion: Already Prompt L-Pop has proven its excellent bond strength to enamel and dentine. And that was before we improved Adper Prompt L-Pop’s dentine adhesion. There is no need for seperate etching
- Fewer application steps: Fewer sources of potential error mean greater safety
- Better hygiene: No mess, no splashing, no contamination
- 3 years of clinical experience with Prompt L-Pop
- Very low incidence of post-operative sensitivities
Class I Clinical Trial (Iowa)2 focus: Postoperative sensitivity

Two-coat technique optimizes performance
A technique developed by 3M ESPE ensures optimum performance of Adper™ Prompt™ Self-Etch Adhesive. The technique involves placing a second coat of adhesive on the tooth preparation prior to light curing.
The two-coat technique adds only a few seconds to the total application time, but dentists who adopt this technique will appreciate the increased bond strength and consistency.
To use the two-coat technique, simply follow these steps:
- After preparation, lightly dry to remove excess water
- Apply adhesive with a rubbing motion for 15 seconds
Gently but thoroughly air-dry to remove the aqueous solvent
- Apply a second coat (no waiting time for the second layer)
- Gently but thoroughly air-dry to remove the aqueous solvent
- Light cure for 10 seconds
